Send Me Out

Let His love for the world propel you to pursue the impossible dreams He plants in your heart.

The Bible tells us to build on the rock so that when the floods come we are not washed away. I grew up believing that this meant that it was wise to only bite off what I could chew, or basically, to live within my abilities and avoid the uncertain things that may get swept away. I was wrong. It surprised me when I realised that what I thought was solid ground was actually quite sandy. I only discovered this when I learned more of what God was up to and how extraordinarily wise it is to step beyond my limitations and trust wholeheartedly in God for things that sometimes defy logic. I've come to understand that wisdom and faith (not logic as I had supposed) are good friends.
There is no firmer ground than where God has led you… no matter how it looks from the natural.
